The contractor shall provide Engineering Drawings and Specifications for the pre-fabricated structure including foundation design and structural calculations by a Registered Engineer. The contractor shall design the system for uniting the two specified buildings under one roof. Also required is the clearing, grubbing and excavation for a parking area, grading, shaping, of existing road and the placing of aggregate base rock and asphalt pavement. Project is located approximately 4.5 miles East of Sierra City on State Highway 49. Price range $100,000 to $250,000. Estimated start work date 080198, contract time 95 days.
