Contractor to provide all tools material labor and supervision to accomplish the following work at the VAMC, 510 E. Stoner Avenue, Shreveport, LA 71101. Bid packages are limited to the first 25 request on a first come first serve basis. No more than 2 packages per firm shall be issued. The contractor shall remove asbestos containing materials from the center section of the 1st floor. The contractor shall renovate the center section for new offices and the North wing for exam rooms. The contractor shall remove existing Walls, part plaster walls, ceilings, Light fixtures, folding doors, fan Coils and electrical service as Required. The contractor shall build new rooms W/doors and frames, relocate existing Walls, fan coils, install new fan Coils, sinks, piping and new electrical service as required. The contractor shall reinstall existing folding doors, install new floor tile and carpet and new lay-in-ceiling, etc. All work shall be in accordance with drawings and specs., trades and crafts, carpenters, laborers, plumbers, electricians, and mechanical contractors.
