Our fax number is (671) 366-3242 Work will consist of but not be limited to the furnishing of all labor, tools, parts, equipment, supervision and support in order to renovate building 17002 (Base Operation Facility) at Andersen AFB, Gu. Principal work features will include, but not be limited to the removal and replacement of existing flooring, wall finishes, suspended ceilings, interior partitions, and doors. New work features will include but not limited to the construction of a new toilet and bathroom, conversion of an existing in-flight kitchen into several administration offices, removal and relocation of an existing walk in freezer, and construction of a new concrete canopy. All work shall be done in strict accordance with the contract plans and specifications for Project No. AJJY 99-1118. The performance period will consist of 180 calendar days; 30 days mobilization; 150 days for actual construction. The construction magnitude for this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Solicitation documents will be available on or about 22 Jun 98. This solicitation is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a proposal in response to the solicitation.
