Morgantown, WV. The solicitation will be 100% set aside for small business. The estimated magnitude of this project will be between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Work shall be in accordance with EPA, OSHA, AND NIOSH regulations and include the removal of approximately 31,000 square feet of 12" x 12" beige with mottle vinyl floor tile (VFT) and associated mastic. Anticipated solicitation issue date is June 22, 1998, with an anticipated bid due date of July 28, 1998. Estimate contract completion is 180 days (6 months) from notice to proceed date.
