This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation R9-02-98-18 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-04. This RFQ is a small business set-aside Standard Industrial Code is 7353 size class of $5 million or less. Line Item 01 -- Equipment rental with operator, requesting an hourly rate. Equipment required is a quad-axle or tri-axle dump truck, 10 CY minimum. Minimum of 4 trucks to be made available from 6/29/98 to 7/31/98. Minimum of 640 hours, maximum of 1300 hours. Daily shift tickets will be required. REQUIRED DELIVERY DATE: 06/29/98, LOCATION: Trucks will be used to haul excavatedmaterial from FR 517, located in Town of Emery, Price County; and to haul crushed aggregate onto FR 136 and FR 505. Project site is approximately 20 miles SE of Fifield, Wisconsin. Trucks should report to Park Falls Supervisor's Office, 1170 4th Avenue South, Park Falls, Wisconsin, at 7:00 a.m. on 6/29/98.
