The Marine Corps Regional Contracting Office (Midwest) has a requirement to furnish, install and test new copper and fiber telephone cabling between four buildings on the activity located at MCSA-KC, Richards Gebaur Memorial Airport, Kansas City, MO. Cabling to be direct buried, 36 inches deep placed in rigid steel conduits where required. Approximate run length of cabling, fiber 1,200 feet and copper 7,000 feet. There will be a site visit on 29 June 1998 at 10:00 AM -- site visit is not required, however, it is strongly recommended due to unusual site condition. This purchase qualifies to be processed using the simplified acquisition procedures and the award will be based on price and price related factors.
