LaSalle Street Dept. 3155, Chicago, IL 60674-3155, for the purchase the video "The Heart of HACCP: In-Plant Application of HACCP Principles." There will be 200 copies of the Spanish Version, 100 copies of the English Version, 100 copies of the Vietnamese Version, 100 copies of the Korean Version, and 100 copies of the Cantonese Chinese Version. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT AVAILABLE. Siliker Lab Group, Inc., is the only known source providing these videos. All interested concerns must identify their interest in writing and fully document their capability to meet the Agency's requirements by forwarding a detailed response by June 22, 1998.
