The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport, has a requirement for a contractor technical and analytical services to provide a summary of previous EMTC tests, analytic results, hardware experiences and accomplishments to all team members involved in the program and provide a technology transfer application plan. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price, sole source purchase order to Nova Innovations Co., Inc. Nova is the only qualified vendor at this time which has been involved with all aspects of this technology since its inception and is aware of all past and ongoing efforts for the advancement of EMTC necessary to complete the technology transfer plan. A written solicitation will be issued. Anticipated award date is 30 Jun 98. Delivery will be F.O.B. destination, Newport, RI on or about 29 Jun 99. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the government. Telephone requests will notbe honored. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed purchase order based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
