The risk assessments will be performed on soil, dust and air monitoring data. The risk assessments will be performed utilizing SmartRISK risk assessment software. The data management and statistical evaluations will be performed utilizing SiteSTAT analytical data analysis software. This acquisition will be accomplished utilizing other than full and open competition procedures. Negotiations will be held only with Pioneer Technologies Corporation of Lacey, Washington.
