PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE -- This is an ADVANCE notice of an OMBA-76 Commercial Activities Study for Transportation Operations Services at Navy Public Works Center, Washington AND Transportation and Motorpool Services for Naval District Washington, Washington, DC. The Government seeks to identify vendors who have the capability and interest in performing these services. Services include transportation equipment operations and maintenance services for Navy PWC and operation of the NDW motorpool. Both activities are in Washington, DC. The procurement will be conducted utilizing source selection procedures and will result in a combination firm fixed price/indefinite quantity contract. Evaluation of proposals will be based on price, and non-price items, such as experience, staffing, scheduling, and past performance.
