RFP: 98MRO1, the Chicago Housing Authority is requesting proposals from firms with a demonstrated track record in providing procurement card services. The requirements and information needed to complete the proposal are set forth in the RFP. The Chicago Housing Authority manages approximately 41,000 public housing units which are located throughout the city of Chicago, with over 125,000 tenants residing in these units. The estimated dollars to be purchased using the procurement card system will be between $20,000,000 -- $30,000,000. A preproposal conference will be held at the CHA's Purchasing and Contracts Department conference room, 2nd floor, 626 West Jackson Blvd., Chicago, Il 60661 on June 17 at 10:00 AM Central Time. This conference allows all interested parties to raise any questions they may have regarding this RFP. The proposal must be received and stamped by the Purchasing and Contracts receptionist at the above address no later than 4:00 PM Central Time on June 29, 1998.
