The announcement is revised as follows: The U.S. Government does not intend to acquire unlimited rights in all course materials submitted in the contract awarded under this solicitation and therefore will not include the FAR Clause: 52.227-17, Rights in Data -- Special Works (June 1987). Only data first produced in the performance of the contract will be subject to the Government -- Unlimited Rights. Instead, the contract will include FAR Clause: 52.227-14. (Rights in Data -- General June 1987) Offerors within the competitive range will be invited to provide a one- hour presentation to the program review officer(s). Travel/perdiem and additional charges will be at the expense of the offeror.
