This solicitation will be conducted in two phases. In Phase One (prequalification), submittals will be evaluated to determine which offerors may submit proposals for Phase Two. Up to five (5) firms will be prequalified to participate in Phase Two. The prequalification package will be available on or about 22 June 1998, at no charge per set, with proposals due approximately three weeks later. The RFP for Phase Two (design and construction) will be furnished to the prequalified offerors shortly after the prequalification is completed. Firms desiring consideration must request a copy of the prequalification package, RFP No DACA67-98-R-0034, in writing within 10 calendar days after the date of this publication. Documents will be issued on a first-come, first-serve basis until supply is exhausted. No phone requests accepted. Requests must be in writing and must be received before documents will be mailed.
