(Chester and Kedges Straight). This procurement is unrestricted. The total estimated construction cost is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Construction consists is to provide and place clean oyster shell in the Chester River. The shell will be placed in .5 acre uniform flat areas or .25 acre mounds. The river will contain ten, .5 acre sites and five, .25 acre sites. A 10 acre flat site will be created at Kedges Straight near Smith Island. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered.
