Construction of individual drilled, artesian and bored wells, water pressure systems, individual waste disposal systems, community water and sewer connections, inspection and repair of existing septic systems, on the Crow Creek Indian Reservation, Lyman County, South Dakota. This will be a requirements contract. Duration of the contract will be for one (1) year after Notice of Award, with one (1) option year. IFB 241-98-I-3456 will be available approximately fifteen (15) days after publication. There will be a non-refundable charge of $25.00 for solicitation documents. Project Magnitude is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. The proposed acquisition listed herein is to award to a Indian-owned firm pursuant to the Buy Indian Act. The Indian Preference clause in employment and subcontracting is made a part of this solicitation and resultant contract.
