requirement for commercial services prepared in accordance with the
format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information
included in the notice. A written solicitation will be issued upon
request. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) number
DTCG80-98-Q-3FA882. This solicitation document will incorporate
provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition
Circular 97-04. The standard industrial classification code is 3585 and
the size standard is 750 employees. The requirement is for the
following: (1) Eight(8) each Vaneaxial Fan, 22000 CFM Salient
Characteristics (2) Four(4) each Vaneaxial Fan, 8000 CFM Salient
Characteristics. Ship to address will be USCG NESU Boston, 427
Commercial Street, Boston, MA 02109. The requirements are to be shipped
to reach the destination on/before 11 Dec 1998. Specifications to be
provided on request. The government will award a contract resulting
from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer
conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the
government, price and other factors considered. The following factors
