This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) number DTCG80-98-Q-3FA881. This solicitation document will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-04. The standard industrial classification code is 3561 and the size standard is 500 employees. The requirement is for the following: (1) 13 each Distillate Pump: Ampco model KC2, 1" x 3/4" x 4 3/4" centrifugal pump. The close-coupled motor shall be a 3600-rpm, 3/4" hp, IEEE 45 marine standard, TEFC motor. The motor shall be rated for 3 ph / 60 Hz /440 v operating power supply. The pump material shall be Ampco alloy 483. (2) 13 each Feed Pump: Ampco model KC2, 1 1/2" x 1 1/4" x 6" centrifugal pump. The close-coupled motor shall be a 3500-rpm, 5-hp, IEEE 45 marine standard, TEFC motor. The motor shall be rated for 3 ph / 60 Hz / 440 v operating power supply. Motor Frame 184JM. The pump material shall be Bronze Alloy ASTM-B-148 C958(MIL24480). (3) 13 each Ampco model KC2, 1 1/2" x 1 1/4" x 6" centrifugal pump.
