This solicitation and incorporate provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46. Quotes shall be in accordance with all requirements of this notice including those which are included by reference. This requirement consists of supplying all labor, materials, equipment and supplies and perform all operations necessary to deliver Item 40904 of FP-96, Emulsified Asphalt Grade CRS-2P, Quantity is 187 Metric Ton to Makah Indian Reservation, Neah Bay, Washington. Neah Bay is located about 75 miles west of the city of Port Townsend, Clallam County. All work shall be executed in a workmanlike manner, in accordance with the best applicable trade practices, and shall present a first-class finished appearance upon completion. The Maintenance Foreman will inspect and accept deliveries and tickets at destination.
