These inventories will be conducted on Bureau of Land Management administered lands and shall be on an as needed basis by use of a "Requirements Type Contract". More that one award may be made and actual and obligations shall be by issuance of delivery or task orders. The resulting contractor(s) shall hold or be able to obtain a valid Cultural Resource Use Permit (CRUP), issued by the Bureau of Land Management Wyoming State Office and be in good standing. A Technical Performance evaluation Committee we review all proposals received for technical merit. Evaluation Criteria Factors shall be based on: Technical Approach -- 30 Points; Experience of Key Personnel -- 25 Points; Experience of Organization -- 20 Points; Price -- 25 Points. Subfactors for the above will be provided in the solicitation. The location of the work will be on BLM administered lands in the Cody Field Office, specifically within Big Horn Basin, Wyoming.
