The Officer in Charge requires all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, safety and management necessary to provide and secure minor maintenance construction, repair, and alteration work to fences and portions thereof as designated by the Contracting Officer. This is a multiple site, multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Requirements Contract for maintenance and construction of various types of fences located at all five PWC Sites, their satellite locations and within a fifty mile radius of those sites. Five contracts will be awarded from this solicitation. Contractors may bid on all sites, one site, or any combination of sites they choose. The contract term is for a period of one (1) year. the Government shall have the option to extend the term of the contract services for additional periods of one to twelve months. The total contract term, including exercise of any options, shall not exceed 36 months. Plans and specifications will be made available on or about 06 July 1998.
