Contractor care shall cover the range of services provided in a civilian facility. Performance will be in accordance with the Statements of Work which shall be provided at time of solicitation. Care will be provided at the Hill Air force Base Hospital and specifically with the Health and Wellness Center. This proposed procurement is under a 100 percent small business set aside, the size standard for which is $5.0 million. The approximate issue/response date will be 25 Jun 98. No telephone requests. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor are acceptable. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. Request for copies of solicitations must reference the entire solicitation number, including purchasing office identification number. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition.
