The pension benefit administration services sought include, but are not limited to: retrieving plan records; creating a participant database; establishing/ developing plan and participant records; activating deferred vested participants when eligible; processing address and direct deposit changes; process and respond to oral and written inquires from participants and other interested parties; review and process new retirement applications; calculate final guaranteed benefits; adjust benefits; process death notifications including placing surviving spouses/beneficiaries in pay status; authorize payment updates; provide notifications in accordance with plan provisions and PBGC regulations and policies for such changes as offsets due to other employer-sponsored plans; monitor plan earnings limitations; establish permanent plan and participant files (hard copy and/or on PBGC database); and administer plans in accordance with Title IV ERISA. The anticipated period of performance will be a base period of 12 months with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods. Place of performance will be Atlanta, Georgia.
