Internet: cagordon@usaid.gov USAID/Cambodia requests proposals from qualified persons or firms with experience to provide, monitor and manage skilled and semi- skilled technical personnel to accomplish the maintenance and custodial tasks in four USAID buildings, residential units and service/repair of vehicles and generators in Phnom Penh. A three- year cost plus fixed fee type contract (with possibility of extensions) is expected to be awarded. Proposals will be reviewed and award made based upon the criteria set forth in the RFP, which shall include an evaluation of an offeror's past performance and offeror's success in the substantive areas of service maintenance.
