The contractor will provide services to manage and maintain contractor-furnished facilities for the receipt, storage, and distribution of jet fuel and ground products at Nellis AFB on a 24 hour per day, 7-day per week basis. The contractor shall provide automated hydrant refueling and truck loading services to support requirements at Nellis AFB, and appropriate storage and truck receipt services. Aircraft refueling services via contractor-furnished vehicles may be included if economical. This procurement will be a "best value" formal source selection. Offeror are encouraged to attend a site-visit at Nellis AFB to occur in early August 1998. Particulars of site-visit will be included in the solicitation. Period of performance is October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2003 with three- (3) additional five (5) year option period(s). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered.
