The Air Force intends to issue a full and open competitive request for quotations to install raised floors, Air Conditioning unit and power distribution panel in SCIF area, at HANSCOM Air Force Base, MA. This work includes but is not limited to furnishing all plant, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation. Provide raised floor with factory installed power double duplex 20 Amps receptacles for the SCIF area. The raised floor shall be by Tate Access Floors ConCore SF:CSF1250 or the approved equal. Provide 3 Nominal Ton vertical upright split AC unit. Install outdoor equipment pad, refrigerant lines, condensate drain lines and power to provide a fully functional system. Unit shall be Trane Model, TWV030B140A or approved equal. Provide all necessary ductwork to ensure even room air distribution in accordance with ASHRAE/SMACNA and UBC standards. Ductwork layout drawings shall be approved submitted for government approval prior to installation. Provide airside balancing of flows. A firm fixedprice purchase order is planned with expected period of performance of 40 calendar days after notice to proceed. The magnitude of this purchase is between $25, 000 and $100,000. All interested parties should respond in writing only within 15 calendar days of this notice. A site visit will be held on 25 June 1998 at 10:00A.M. All quotes will be due 29 June 1998 at 3:00P.M. Contractor will complete the work in strict accordance with the statement of work which will be made available from HANSCOM AFB construction contracting.
