The performance period is 45 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed, excluding the winter prohibition period. Request For Proposal will be issued on or about 30 Jun 1998. Proposal closing will be on or about 30 July 1998. The acquisition is open competition for large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Only written request or faxed request for the solicitation will be considered. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency.
