Furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to perform the work shown on the project drawings and outlined in the specifications for Project No. 620-98-140 at VA Hudson Valley Health Care System, Castle Point Campus, Route 9D, Castle Point, NY 12511. Work includes, but is not limited to, provide all work required for the enlargement of six (6) patient rooms and for the replacement of ceramic walls, ceramic/epoxy flooring, and shower bath fixtures in six (6) patient toilets as indicated in the specification. All work shall be in accordance with project drawings, specifications, national, local and applicable codes as per requirements of all governing agencies. Mandatory contract completion time is 186 calendar days after Notice to Proceed is issued. The solicitation will be issued O/A July 1, 1998 with a Bid Opening date of August 6, 1998 at 10:00 AM local time. Estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Castle Point is a Veterans Hospital and will conduct normal hospital business during construction. Availability of solicitation is limited and will be issued on a first come first serve basis until supply is exhausted.
