Work will include but is not limited to furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and transportation necessary to perform new construction, reconstruction, and repair of flexible pavement, sidewalks, storm drainage structures, curbs, sealing of pavement cracks and striping at Fort Sam Houston and Camp Bullis, Texas, in strict accordance with specifications and drawings. Performance period is 365 calendar days (basic period) with one option period. The magnitude of the proposed project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00 for the basic period (year).
