NAVAIR intends to negotiate this procurement with McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company at P.O. Box 516, St. Louis, MO 63166-0516. Boeing is the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the F/A-18 aircraft and the only known company which possesses the expertise to support this requirement.
