These Pumps are installed on the Fire Fighting Systems installed onboard the 378' Coast Guard Cutters. It is the Governments belief that only Fairbanks Morse Pump Corporation, and/or their authorized dealers, can supply these Pumps. However, other potential sources can submit information concerning their capability to supply these Pumps. Concerns that respond to this notice must fully demonstrate their capability by submitting the following information: (1) Data tha the offered Pumps have been satisfactorily manufactured for the Government or the Original Equipment Manufacturer which includes complete and current engineering data to demonstrate the accepability of the offered Pump (i.e., physical, functional, and serviceability characteristics); and (2) Data that the required Pump has been previously provided to the Government or the Original Equipment Manufacturer.
