Secret Service intends to negotiate on a sole source basis for a Datong DF 10 Vehicle Tacking System with Gans & Pugh Associates, 690 Center Street, Herndon, Va. 20170, the only distributor of the item. The requirement is for a Datong DF 10 Tracking System with: a Pelican Transport Case for the Datong DF 10 System and Accessories, a Programming Board and Software to activate Display Options of the DF10, a Datong Dart remotely controllable beacon for the DF 10, a Datong Programming Board and Soft Dart, a Datong T500R 100MW Remotely Controlled Beacon for the DF 10 (External Power) and a Datong T501R Remotely Controlled Money Pack Beacon. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Solicitation package is not available. Interested persons may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirement or submit a quotation. All quotations received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, on a full and open competitive basis upon receipt of responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
