69 -- TACTICAL AVIATION TRAINING SYSTEMS ANALYSIS, DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCTION AND REVISION SOL N61339-98-R-0021 DUE 112098 POC Lisa Mackin at 407/380-4047 or Cynthia Armound at 407/380-8460 The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) has a requirement for the analysis, design, development, production, and revision/maintenance of training systems curricula for existing and emerging tactical aviation (fixed and rotary wing) systems by utilization of the Instructional Systems Development (ISD) process. This requirement will involve determining parameters, lesson specification development, design and development of training systems, revision/maintenance of associated documentation for training system design and development. The procurement will be conducted on a small business set-aside basis. An Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with multiple awards is anticipated. The period of performance will be 60 months. The contract(s) will be awarded on a best value basis following current FASA guidance. The awards will contain provisions for firm fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee, and time and material delivery orders. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 2741 and the respective small business size standard is 500 employees.
