These items are to be integrated into TL896 which is being purchased under GSA Schedule Contract GS-35F-4663G and therefore cannot be separated from this procurement. This procurement is under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through solicitation number 6TSA-98-CSC-0142. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-03. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
