Pump is to be overhauled in accordance with current OEM specifications and U.S. Coast Guard Specification No. R242-0197. The U.S. Coast Guard does not possess the required OEM specifications to release with the RFQ. It is the Government's belief that only SSS Clutch Company, and/or their authorized repair facilities, can repair this Pump. However, other sources can submit information regarding their capability to overhaul this Pump. Concerns that respond to this Notice must fully demonstrate their capabilities by submitting the following information: (1) Data that the Pump has been successfully overhauled for the manufacturer and/or the Government; and (2) Certification from the OEM that you are an authorized repair facility. THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF THIS INFORMATION IS 23 JUNE 1998. INFORMATION RECEIVED AFTER THIS DEADLINE SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
