SUZANNE TRAGESSER (757) 878-2507 (Site Code DABT57) In response to AR 360-81, the Contracting Division at Fort Eustis, Virginia is seeking services to publish, print, and distribute a civilian enterprise (CE) newspaper (Title: CASEMATE) for Fort Monroe, VA. The newspaper will be published bi-weekly, 5,000 copies per week, 25 issues per year, consisting of not less than 16 pages. The agreement will be for a period of one year, with 4 option years, which may be renewed annually. As part of the proposal, each firm will submit a sample copy of a similar newspaper recently coompleted. A decision to award shall be based on the outcome of sample comparison as well as other factors. The published material shall be at no cost to the Government. This procurement is unrestricted.
