Middle Mt Campground is located on the east side of Vallencito Reservoir. Vallecito Reservoir is located approximately 22 miles northeast of Durango, CO on the San Juan NF, Laplata County, CO via County Roads 240 and 501. Middle Mt Campground is 6.5 miles northeast of the dam on Forest Development Road 602. Contract time is 45 days. Price range is between S25,000 and S100,000.
