Carey (Project Manager), 202-565-6210 The Department of Veterans Affairs is planning to release a solicitation for seismic corrections and significant renovation of several buildings (SIC 1542) at the VA Medical Center in Sepulveda, CA (Los Angeles County). The estimated cost of the work is $15,000,000 -- $25,000,000. The award will be based on competitive bid. Award is scheduled for September 1998. The solicitation may be restricted to small Business concerns, as defined by FAR 52.219, with a gross annual receipts over the last three years of $17,000,000 or less.
