Request for Proposal will be issued on or about 29 Jun 98. The closing date will be on or about 28 Jul 98. Performance period is 120 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. The acquisition is open competition for large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Only written request for Porposal will be considered.
