Non-Personal services to provide all labor, equipment, appliances, devices, and materials to furnish on-call Base-Wide roofing repair and replacement, and to accomplish a broad range of roof maintenance, repair, replacement, and minor construction work at or near Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. Roof projects and services for each building shall be awarded to the Contractor by individual work orders or "Calls" on an as needed basis. Projects and services will be awarded after the Contractor has preformed a site visit and jointly concurs with the Government as to the method of accomplishment, propriety of individual line items, estimated quantities, and the construction performance period. Estimated total cost of the proposed acquisition is between $9,200,000 and $9,500,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about 98 Jul 08.
