provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision
and disposal necessary for interior lead abatement and repainting of
Warwick Neck Lighthouse, Warwick, RI (Kent County). Work includes lead
abatement of the interior base, tower and cupola of the Warwick Neck
Lighthouse. Additional work includes repairs to 8 portholes,
demlolition and rebuilding of a wood deck platform, resealing of the
tower base interface and incidental related work. Estimated cost of
this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. SIC code is 1799. Period
of performance is ninety (90) calendar days from Notice to Proceed.

capital and bonding assistance for transportation-related contracts.

The DOT Bonding Assistance Program enables firms to apply for bid,
payment and performance bonds up to $1.0 million per contract. The DOT
provides an 80% guaranty on the bond amount to a surety against
losses. Loans are available under the DOT Short-term Lending Program
(STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable
