The work includes the provision of all labor, materials, equipment and tools and supervision necessary to perform complete steam trap maintenance at the Newport Naval Complex, Newport RI. The IFB package will be issued on Jun 25 1998. The BOD is Jul 28 1998. The SIC Code is 1711. This Contract includes both a Base Year and an Option Year Period. The setimated Cost Range is between $ 1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. 2. There is a Non-refundable charge of $32.00 for Plans and Specifications. Offerors interested in obtaining plans and specifations for this project must submit their request along with a Certified Check, Cashiers Check, Money Order or Comapny Check in the amount of $32.00 to: DEFENSE AUTOMATED PRINTING SERVICE (DPAS), 47 CHANDLER STREET, NEWPORT RI 02841-1712. Each check must be made payable to the US Treasury and annotated with the applicable solicitation number. One set of plans and specifications will be sent via first class mail. Any check received without a solicitation number or not made out to the US Treasury will be returned unprocessed. No CASH, or PERSONAL CHECKS will be accepted.
