Specifically, remove existing FRP and replace with new steel condensate piping, remove and replace a limited amount of high pressure steam (HPS) piping, and provide cathodic protection tie-in of new steel pipe to existing impressed current system. Some removal of asbestos is required. Demolish and modify manholes as indicated in the contract documents. Replace and/or repair pavement, curbing, and sidewalks where condensate and steam piping cross. Estimated Cost Range: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
