The principal items of work shall include, but are not limited to: 1) Upgrading restrooms/shower facilities and break room, install new exterior windows and entrance to building 868; 2) Convert bldg 864 into a rehearsal/recording studio and add new structural system to support ceiling loads; 3) Construct new building to house instrument storage, music library, and offices.
