Markle (732) 323-7339 Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) for the KC-130J Aircraft, consisting of the following items: (1) Pin and Stock Crimp Tool Set, P/N ES125121-3, (1) Fuel Probe Adapter Test Set, P/N ES125111-1, (2) QEC Sling, P/N ES125155-1, (1) HUD Borescope Kit, P/N ES125157-1, (1) Cargo Door Sling, P/N ES125154-1, (1) Sling Fitting Assembly, P/N 3404003-1, (1) Anti-Skid Test Set, P/N 3403117-3, (1) QEC Lord Mounting Fitting Assembly, P/N 3404002-1, (1) J Hook, P/N 3402693-1 and (1) Ground Maintenance System, P/N 3404020-1. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not own specifications, drawings or data rights to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to procure this item under the authority of U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Lockheed Martin Aeronautical Systems, Marietta GA, as the designer, developer and sole manufacturer of the KC-130J aircraft, is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary for the manufacture of the PSE involved. Firms that recognize and produce the required items are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which may be considered by the Government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Note 22. (0160)
