Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their response. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/solicitation and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions posed as a result of the initial synopsis/solicitation and to incorporate the Statement of Work and Data Requirements Descriptions (attached in separate documents).
