A firm fixed price purchase order will be issued under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the purchase of: Sugar, Type 1, Class 3 IAW Commercial Item Description (CID) A-A-20135 Rev A dtd 10 Jan 92, in 50 pound bags (palletization is required), 1,700 bags. A Certificate of Compliance, Inspection and Test Results, and a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) shall be require with each shipment.
