The Small Business Size standard is 500. This acquisition is 100%small business set-aside and is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisi- tion Threshold (SAT) portion of the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act (FASA). A firm fixed price purchase ordr wil be issued under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the purchase of: Sugar, Type 1, Class 3, IAW Commercial Item Description (CID) A-A-20135 Rev A dtd 10 Jan 92, in 50 pound bags (palletization is required), 1,700 bags. Copies of this CID may be obtained from: General Services Administration, Specification Unit (3FB-WS) Room 6654, 7th and D Streets, SW., Washington, DC 20407. A Certificate of Compliance, Inspection and Test Results, and a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) shall be required with each shipment. Inspection shall be at destina- tion.
