Ex-Im Bank to seeks contract with an experienced large-aircraft inspection company. The company is to perform technical aircraft inspections to insure compliance with airworthiness directives, manufacturers and FAA requirements, and manufacturer's maintenance provisions including manual and record audits. The company will provide an accurate and valid representative and overall assessment of the airline, its aircraft and maintenance facilities to include recommendations for improvements. The successful candidate must have the ability to perform these functions on a moment's notice any place in the world, and to provide easy two-way world-wide communication. The successful candidate must have an office in the USA. The contract will be awarded for a base period of one year with provisions for four (4) one-year options period for yearly extensions (base year and 4 one-year options). This acquisition is unrestricted (open to all qualified offerors) and will be issued utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial Items/Services.
