The Federal Prison Camp in Alderson, West Virginia is seeking a qualified individual or organization for the purpose of providing Psychiatric Services to the female inmates at this facility. The scheduling will normally consist of one (1) session per week not to exceed six hours (6) per week. It is estimated that a total of 44 sessions will be required for the term of the contract. Psychiatric Services will be conducted at the institution or at a local hospital are to consist of medical evaluations and care for inmates on an as needed basis. Contractor will perform routine examinations, required testing, document findings, establishes medical treatment programs, follows patients progress and makes appropriate referrals in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons guidelines and Health Services Manual 6000.05. Contractor will evaluate treatment programs establish by other health care professionals and monitor those programs. Contractor will assist in Quality Assurance Programs and established review programs. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The estimated availability of the solicitation is July 1, 1998. The contract period is from the date of award through September 30, 1999.
