This Request for Quote is for a Firm Fixed Price Non-Personal Services Requirements Contract. The Federal Prison Camp in Alderson, West Virginia is seeking a qualified individual or organization to provide the services of a Medical Radiologist. The scheduling will normally consist of two sessions per month. A session is defined as a time frame required to read or evaluate a specific number of patient x-rays and/or perform special fluoroscopic or ultrasound studies. Routine x-rays will be mailed to the contractor's office or specified location on a daily basis. Urgent reports are to be called back or faxed back to the Health Services Administrator or Clinical Director. Normally a session will not exceed four hours. The contract will not exceed twenty four sessions. This procurement is a total small business set aside. The contract period is from date of award through September 30, 1999. The estimated availability of this solicitation is July 1, 1998.
